JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Retail Support Services Agent provides customer service solutions within service level agreements using company and project quality and quantity standards. It includes providing prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a Customer Service role, which requires the following:
o Excellent Customer Service Skills
o Strong written and spoken communication skills
o Solid organizational skills
o Passion for customer care
o Use of computer technology
o Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
• Strong foundation in Microsoft Office applications
• Troubleshooting ability
• Ability to navigate common user interface elements, including opening and closing windows, navigation of the file structures through volumes and folders, launch and quit applications, select portions of text or other items using the mouse, copy/cut and paste text, save and print documents.
• Must have experience with electronic media devices, such as music media, smart cell phone, PDA’s, etc.
• Ability to change system settings via control panels or system preferences.
• Ability to install and remove applications
• Familiarity with different types of broadband and dialup services
• Familiarity of network hardware: cables, routers, and modems
